This didn’t work out too well for our Liz Warren, and the thread title didn’t work out too well either as this is not some widespread policy, just her idea of a good thing to do.
Now if she had said it would be a good thing if climate fires (yes somebody said it) would burn the books, she’d be in great shape.
But she went full Hitler, it’s never a good thing.
Agreed. BIPOC has replace Arian.
How Fahrenheit 451 of them.
Cue Kurt Vonnegut.....
I have a very large library of hardcover and paperback books for one simple reason—I am convinced the leftists are going to “edit” the electronic ones...
This is why I am scouring thrift stores looking for used books.
When a local library pulled the Little House books because of *cultural sensitivity* issues, I decided then and there I was not getting rid of a single book I own.
Little House, of all things.
What tyrants.
It’s the same reason I prefer to own CDs and DVDs.
I was getting ragged on about it because now you can just stream everything.
I said, *Yeah, and what happens when they don’t carry it any more?*
And now I’m, sadly, vindicated.
Yup—we can help pass on the basics for a new civilization—because the leftists are not gonna stop until our great-grandchildren are in caves throwing feces at each other.
Erle Stanley Gardner’s books pf Perry Mason were burned by the Nazi’s for their views—something that Gardner was proud to point out.
“Dominique Ritchot, a genealogical researcher cited by Radio Canada, concluded the “knowledge keeper” had “no aboriginal ancestors for at least seven generations.”””
She’s probably related to Pocahontas Warren.
We pander now to this segment of society. I’m sorry but I can’t appreciate a culture that denigrates its children and women through its long houses and other superstitious nonsense.
Maybe they can get the white people to commit suicide!
