Don’t be silly enough to defend Wikipedia. Seriously. No responsible adult would trust that site to have reliable information. If there are adequate sources in the Wikipedia article, then vet those and cite those on FR.
It’s not a clinical trial or study of efficacy, so no peer review is necessary.
Peer review is a process of having neutral third parties of similar industrial position and credentials look at a study of contrasts to ensure ethical presentation.
This is a report of biochemical findings that should be easily replicated or challenged. It is published on the scientist’s own website.

Dr. Young provides a list of materials and a step by step procedure that can easily be verified by other interested lab scientists. He merely confirms the EXISTENCE of undisclosed ingredients of the genetic modifiers (so-called “Vaccines”).
To publish this in a science journal would likely require 3rd party review (peer review) assuming any journal would choose to publish it.
