something in black and white like that - instead of, ‘hey, ER doc, this study right here in my hand says...’ . People trying to decide what avenue to take don’t want conflicting studies or studies that are dissimilar in dosing/time. They want a number to compare to - like that handy little chart. Get a number, get acceptance is my thinking on it.

(and it would also be helpful to get a few more studies on ivermectin and the new variants - do the percentages hold true?) (and guidance - like, if ivermectin doesn’t prevent symptoms, seek medical help immediately, don’t try a second course and delay treatment windows that can save you kinda verbage)

I can’t argue with the fact that there are some over the top anti-COOF stuff. Just like the relative that screamed at me that if her loved ones didn’t take the poke “THEY WILL DIE!!!” nothing will their minds. I really wish I could say that I believe that COVID patients were getting the best treatment available. How many 10s of thousands were killed, not died; killed, when politicians stuck COVID patients in nursing homes. Where was the medical community speaking up and stopping it? Where is the public condemnation? Lot’s of Tik Tok videos and admonitions to get the Poke, not many speaking up as real patient advocates on the matter. That’s just one example. Individual providers may be conscientious in their care. The medical profession as a whole has failed the US population in this matter.

and trials around the world to try to verify continued through in Sep, Oct even December 2020. Peru, Brazil and Uraguay had active campaigns distributing ivermectin as early as May and July 2020 on a who-knows-the-dose? basis; their death rates stand for themselves.

so I dont get the statements like ‘ we didn’t do anything’ or ‘we moved too slow’ or ‘we didn’t use what worked’ - pure panda propaganda

I also wonder what would have happened if we had no vaccines, no drug trials that pointed to what worked, no President tracking equipment, signing orders and giving the CDC blind hell over not getting out supplies and tests and regeants or even getting mailing labels right, and equal hell to state disaster preparedness for lack of basic PPE supplies which he had to use the War Powers to pull out of air. i.e., a Democrat in the WH. I think we’d be about where Brazil and Peru are now.

And I think it’s a miracle of sorts that we’re where we are now - with choices. I think it’s amazing we have new drugs that may all be mostly experimental, but they’re working, and not only that, but a choice of not one but three vaccines.(and more if you go offshore). I’ve never in my life been offered more than one. Or seen so much research go into a disease in so short a time by so many researchers that have increased in and out of hospital options. We’re lucky to be in the USA and I don’t let anyone make me feel like we aren’t.
