Anyone notice that the republicans and the conservatives are doing nothing to speak out for the landlords that are losing their homes or will lose their homes. And not just the ones that they rent, but the ones that they live in. Anyone going to speak out for the landlords that have not money to eat or pay their bills? Anyone going to speak out for the landlords that are losing their vehicles and everything they own? There may be a lot of suicides on the way.

So if the landlords go broke....my guess is these rental properties will be bought up by companies like Black Rock. How convenient.

I rented a house once years ago. I needed the rent to pay the mortgage on that house. I would have lost the property if this moratorium would have happened back then.

I think you are right. Just today we got a card in the mail basically saying they'll pay us our asking price(in an inflated sellers market)any/all costs...yada yada...

So question is, for the Black Rock types...where is all this money coming from...???

Don’t fool yourself. Plenty of properties are raising rents on paying tenants to make up for the short fall. My new agreement here in GA went up 20%. It’s ridiculous.

This is not about renters. It is about freeing up housing for illegals. Rent will now be paid to landlords through the BP budget. US citizens be damned.
