How simple or complex is your setup? I use the 30 volt setting on an old Radio Shack 9/30 volt battery charger attached to .9999 silver wire by alligator clips. Have any suggestions?

Get vaccinated. Yeah, I know you said you had no interest, but I’ll say it anyway.

If you do get COVID, go for the monoclonal antibodies. Treat it as if your life were on the line (as it might very well be with your health issues) and don’t delay as this treatment can stop you from progressing to severe COVID (and eventually possibly death), provided you get it early enough.

Other stuff like D3, exercise, weight loss etc. is all good to do in the meantime.

i am partially following FLCC recommendations.

I take zinc/C/D, and also add magnesium glycinate on my own (not suggested by flcc) because of other sources i’ve read.

I take quercetin (otc) and ivermectin when i travel, in dose suggested by flcc for prophylaxis. I keep aspirin, nac and melatonin handy in case i start showing symptoms. The ivermectin i have is horse paste. Some people might disagree with my choice on that.

This won’t stop me getting the wildly contagious delta variant, but might result in a somewhat less severe case if i get it. Or help avoid hospitalization. Then again like the overwhelming majority of Americans, probably I already fought off an asymptomatic infection and never knew i had it.

I think it’s wrong to look only at the 99.9 whatever survival rate, because i know people who survived but have long term probs. So I think it’s smart to do something to try to reduce severity. Cause the medical establishment mostly has nothing to say once you get it until you’re in the hospital. Terrible.

First let me say that early treatment is the best treatment. I applaud your pro-active decision because it means if you have Ivermectin or the HCQ/AZ combo on hand, as soon as you feel sick you take it - no waiting to see how you feel just take it. The key issue is the earlier the better. Of course, if you keep up on D3 you significantly, some say dramatically, cut your risk of illness and or severity. Both Ivermectin and HCQ/AZ are well tolerated and can safely be taken pro-actively or if you become ill. SOme protocols use both.

 

1. What does the Ivermectin protocol consist of? Dosing/Timing?
   

   Prescriptions required for tablets and then there are people who take, and report good success with Ivermectin paste which is intended for horses.

   Here is one of the videos showing how to measure the horse paste (based on body weight) etc. I've read that the price is about $12 and it's sold at feed stores. The following has dosage for both tablets and paste.

   There are some ways to get an online doctors visit + prescription even if your local doctor doesn't prescribe.

   I've read that the online pharmacy I've seen posted most, alldaychemist.com, is sold out. So it may get harder to obtain as the Faucists have an interest in preventing its use and/or it is popular right about now.

   There are different treatment protocols - some for prophylaxis, and some for treatment of active Covid.

2. What does the HQC protocol consist of? Dosing/Timing?
   Many protocols use both. The drugs 'shine' at different parts of the illness so they are not redundant.  HQC is taken with AZ - important to have them together as they are much more effective together.

   What does the monoclonal antibodies protocol consist of? Availability? Locations?
   A FReeper tried to get monoclonal antibodies and on thread people posted info saying they weren't available because the CDC terminated them. And then someone else said you must have one or more co-morbidities, which, with your diabetes you may qualify. Even then your doctor may not prescribe it.
   It's important to know ahead of time who would be willing to treat you and with what. Two FReepers said that they can essentially medically kidnap you if you are admitted with Covid and then realizing they won't give you medications, stop you from leaving and prevent anyone from visiting you so no one can bring in medicaiton.
   
   Sorry this post is a mess - I'm in a hurry and too tired to type. 
   The FReeper called the local hospital and was told if admitted, they would be given oxygen only and were denied all treatments. They really tried, they called around. The last we heard they were admitted and denied all medications and monoclonals. So it's finding a facility that will do it because you meet CDC guildelines and then making sure your doctor or finding a doctor that will prescribe it.
   
   So I would call  your local hospitals and ask if they administer monoclonals or medications.
   Even if they do, I would definitely have medicaiton on hand because early, early, early is better and if the hospital told you they prescribe, the CDC can halt administration at the drop of a hat. We're gonna be in the best shape by keeping medications on hand and options open and making the phone calls first, the driving directions first etc. because I could really sense all this is so much harder when one is sick.
   
   I don't have the number handy and have to sign off but I think watching that Freeper struggle to get help made me realize we need to get the phone numbers offered by places like America's Frontline Doctors and others who do phone appointments and online appointments in case you need an appointment fast - you don't have to look for the number. Same for links for online pharmacies - I need to pull a master list together - some freepers have them and hopefully they will post.

6. Is there anything to recommend one treatment over another? Proof or studies? No. Dr. McCullough and Zelenko both said that their protocols are proven to cut the risk of hospitalization and death by 85% among the most vulnerable (elderly with co-morbidities). I've heard good things about America's Frontline Doctors and Critical Care Alliance.
   SOme people just take Ivermectin or just take HCQ/AZ. To me I'd say get one in hand ASAP and D3 and then build a repertoire (get the others together).
7. What about supplements (D3, C, Zinc)? D3 is critical and said to be the key to drastically cutting incidence of Covid. The US is deficient and that's the one mentioned first when supplements are discussed.

I had Rona last December. It was a mild case but here are the things I did in addition to the vitamins.

Zicam nasal swabs which I used 4-6 times a day when I felt any sort or nasal congestion. Knocked it right out.

Colgate Total (has the viral killer ingredient that Listerine doesn’t) mouthwash every time I swabbed.

I am convinced that this prevented the virus from being able to move into my lower respiratory tract.

Since then I read this about the Vitamin D Hammer. Something to keep in mind next time I have any cold or flue symptoms.

The last advice I have for you as a T2 is follow Dr. Jason Fung’s fasting protocols and go Keto or Low Carb and work on reversing your insulin resistance. Food is medicine so don’t eat garbage processed and fast foods.

By avoiding all human contact and living in a virtual bubble, your immune system could just get lazy and if and when you finally encounter the virus, you could get hit really hard.

I’ve been taking a modified Zelenko protocol and I have been out and about everywhere. I have recently been attending a church that has 3000 indoor seats and every Sunday every seat is full and hardly anyone wears a mask.

I have been hanging out over the last year and a half with a group of people who eventually all got the Covid but none of them seriously. I didn’t get it. I’m sure I have been exposed many times.

I have several of the dreaded comorbidities but (maybe I’m crazy) I don’t worry about it.

Other than taking extra vitamin supplements, I have been living my life as if there is no pandemic. I stay away from people who are obviously ill, but other than that and the fact that some places demand the mask before entry, I have just gone about my business.

My being a heart patient with by-pass surgery in 2017, they keep me on statins and blood thinner. Maybe that will help the blood clot issue for me. I also take an aspirin every day and work out hard two days a week.

I’m sure you know that obesity is a major risk factor for a poor covid outcome and it’s one thing YOU can do to reduce your odds.
