The whole site is great. I liked this one but it may not be available anymore. I have been through the town. There are lots of deals in eastern NC where the heat is only slightly worse than the humidity.

Greenwood is about 13,000 population. 73% are blacks. Figure a third of them are decent people, that leaves about half the town being less than decent people, and that is before you add in any white meth heads and druggies.

I do not see that town going anywhere but down. I would not move there. Plus, the tax base has to be squat.

we live near the 65 right between springfield and branson. when we moved here i retired wife kept working as a rn. took me a while but had no idea them gun shots at night were folks spotting deer. we bought our little property off the internet, just like this family wants to. We have been here for 17 years. Hope this family has the same blessing we got from our move
