We should be dealing in current reality, rather than simple suspicion of future bad faith actions. Something not currently true but could become so is too easily refuted, spoiling the bad that is currently true.
“Could be” is sometimes the enemy of “is”.
Curious:
How many people would have to die within a week of taking the vaccine for you to question its safety?
How many ‘breakthrough’ infections would you have to see to call it ineffective?
