I wonder how many people (not on here) are going to say a bigger diamond means he loves you more.

Or that a bigger diamond means that she will love you more — and better.

Good for Botswana. I recall reading about other African countries where they were attempting to get revenues from mining, etc. - but instead of paying the national tax on mineral resources (say 40%?) the companies would pay the local mayor 20% to look the other way.

The photo of the diamond is clearly cropped out of a larger photo. The color on the finger nails look fake.
Not saying this is not a huge find, but doubt this photo is the one found. It’s possible, but not a convincing photo.

The photo’s in the video are much clearer and better quality. It shows the color of the diamond, unlike the photo you posted.

Looking at the photographs, thereare several loose inclusions. If this stone is ever cut and polished it will much much smaller.
Will have to watch in the coming years if this stone ever sees the light of day again.

If you go to the article you will see the actual diamond......just a suggestion.
To: caww
The diamond is kind of white. Maybe it’s a racist stone. 😀

That is not the same diamond. The video showed it had a silver color

Well, It is clear from comparing to the video that the photo has been greatly edited.
