The adrenochrome conspiracy theory didn't come from QAnon. It came from members attracted to the QAnon drivel and conspiracy theories in general. They simply recycled the hysterical adrenochrome tale along with many other fabricated conspiracy theories, neo-Nazi canards, etc. 8chan was hideous with that garbage.

I am old enough to remember having totally friendly and cool minority friends and co workers.
