They’ve been doing it for decades. It first became exceedingly obvious to me in the Spring of 2001 during the Cincinnati riots. These were well reported on here at FR, with lots of local news, FReepers posting police radio accounts, etc. Nearly complete silence from the national media.
For the people on both sides of the border who want to live in a normal country: We need our own Homeland.

As an American who happens to be black, I am ashamed of these miscreants and the moron who actually film this hideous brutality. I will say this, not all black people behave in such a lawless fashion, however there are far too many who apparently enjoy indulging themselves with senseless violence like this. It was a painful and maddening experience watching that video.

The poster, Clown World, seems to be in the UK since most of the tweets concern the UK. Strange no mention is made of where this disgusting incident took place. And how did Clown World obtain a copy of the video?
Wherever this happened, law enforcement should be investigating.
Some years back, my half Vietnamese daughter in the third grade was beat up on a regular basis by 3 sixth grade boys. The school and parents would do nothing. We then enrolled my daughter in Karate class for young women. Six months later the same boys decided it was time for my daughter to get another beating. One boy suffered a broken nose, one boy lost his 2 front teeth and had a split lip, while the third wound up with 2 broken fingers. That was the last time anyone picked on my daughter.
Not a hate crime. Move along ... nothing to see here.
