Cut up two medium potatoes, sprinkle with salt and hot sauce, toss with one tablespoon cooling oil (peanut is best) then put in air fryer until nice and brown.. Just as good if not better than standard french fries.
( I thought air fryers were like drinking carrot juice or eating arugula...but they’re wonderful for french fries, ribs and chicken wings. I got the Amazon basic - works like a charm)
