How this plays out in the long run economically for the cruise lines will be interesting.
So far it looks good for the first Cruise out of the USA.(if you are vaccinated.) -Tom
Did you take your course of Ivermectin?
I find this very interesting......thanks for posting.
Cruising is a lovely adventure.
No. I am taking enough prescribed pills as it is.-Tom
Exactly what form of proof of vaccine did they require to avoid onboard testing, etc.?
I can’t wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s the best. It can take you places where planes, trains and automobiles cannot.
The question is how many will test positive. Also the cruise lines are still hiring the same third world workers with terrible hygiene habits and we know covid can spread by fecal-oral, these people wipe with their hands. So the spreaders are still there. The shots will not do anything, then there is the Spike Protein shedding from those who have had the shot spreading that to everyone.
I do not want to be around that many vaccinated people.
I am glad to hear that cruising is returning to normal — but I’d be even more glad if this article was written at the end of the cruise instead of after the first night.
I don't know .
But I would guess the price of buying a counterfeit Vax document went up; because the Cruise Lines are charging the unvaccinated for tests, making them wear masks, screwing up the unvaxed shore excursions, and exercising discrimination onboard.
That is why I wonder if this keeps up , how will they fill the many Cruise ships to capacity, if you have second class unvaxed cruisers paying as much, or more to go on a cruise. -Tom
I had decided before Covid that I was done with cruises, because it was already well known that they seem to be disease incubators. The last cruise I did, we all got sick. Not only that, everyone on board expected to be sick, because that’s how it always is.
Certainly, post-Covid, I would want to see some serious changes that would mitigate that beyond nonsensical mask and distancing crap. The buffet changes sound good. I’d like to see more UV and HEPA filtering and MUCH better management of the human waste system than there was on the cruises I’ve been on in the past. If you can smell the waste in the system, it is unhealthy.
Sounds promising Tom!
I’ve got a short cruise planned for early Dec.
GOOD NEWS. Thanks Tom Cruise.../humor
We were seriously considering taking an Edge cruise......we may yet
Discrimination against the “unvaccinated” is pure BS, and I hope they are just asking, and I hope people are lying.
This is garbage.
I don’t know what cruise lines you choose, but I, or my family and friends have never been sick on a cruise
Interesting. Thanks.
I’m one of those who only “identifies” as vaccinated.
Capt., thanks for posting this! I hope you have a WONDERFUL time! Bon voyage!
Say hello to the Captain. She is a very nice lady. 👋
I would be more worried about food poisoning than the Wuhan Flu.
