If (IF) they have a job and work overtime is it racist to actually pay them 1.5x their hourly rate or perhaps only 1.2x their hourly rate because the employer believes it is racist to accurately calculate the rate for the overtime hours?
I bet they would not consider getting the right answer racist for that!

Count your fingers and thumbs. How many are there. If your race has 10, you use a base 10 math system.
If you have six on each hand you use a base 12 system.
So, math is not “racist” as very few have 12 fingers and thumbs.
