If a black person is lazy, then the politicians say to blame white racism. How’s about the fact that academic strength is called acting white, and black people are against acting white. Therefore black people are against striving to achieve success. Sounds like black racism. Black defeatism. Black laziness as a standard of coolness. Sad...The only way to solve the problem is to end the welfare state which means stop paying girls to get pregnant out of wedlock.

The city has 76 percent minorities Hispanics a little more then blacks but not much. Only 24 percent of the city is white. Really a problem? Doubtful.
