Hey... Another die hard Tux lover.
Welcome to the club. :)
I would highly recommend giving linux a test run. You will be pleasantly surprised. I also highly suggest Linux Mint Cinnamon. :)
You can make a USB Linux stick and run it from the stick to test drive it. :)
oh yeah a desktop for home. i use a laptop for work at home and like it a lot, but cant afford 2k to play with for home. i dont log off work after 8-9 hours daily and then turn on my home pc anymore.
my home pc mainly supports my videos and musics while i indulge on friday nights .. ♪♫
I get it... :)
Long time fan of Linux, but I’m also a realist and a hearty believer in the “right tool for the job”.
Part of knowing what the “right tool” is, in my opinion, is taking into account “who” will be using the tool.
If an end user likes Macs... So be it.
Linux? Can do.
Windows? Sure... I can keep you running.
And I’m still using Win-7 Pro x64, with Norton 360 Utilities Premium, MalwareBytes Premium and CCleaner Premium, since 7 came out, on both my machines. Life is good.
yes indeed!
