Brother and I were sharing about people back home we grew up with.....couldn’t believe how many died already...only in 50’s and 60’s!
You said a mouthful there FRiend ;)
“Git”.
Even when an actor is an a long running, popular series, that doesn’t mean he will keep being top drawer famous forever.
I think that was likely the best and most lucrative role Clarence ever got. He was perfectly cast.
“I was a STUDENT!”
Anyone that watches Hallmark will remember him from the Mystery Woman Series of Movies.
“81 is just about the average life expectancy for males these days. Women are 1 or 2 years more.”
Apparently that depends on where you live.

Geez, I only have 9 years left.
He died of colon cancer?
Didn’t Peggy Lipton die of the same disease?
Not sure the verse but it’s in the Bible that we are granted 70 years (three score and ten). Anything beyond that and one is playing with house money.
Yes indeed. I live in Canada and it’s a little bit higher than the US average. As many a Freeper says your mileage may vary.
Back in the day, Peggy Lipton was easily one of the most stunning actresses of that time...at least in my eyes
A few fun facts...
Peggy Lipton was married to jazz legend Quincy Jones and they had two daughters - Rashida and Kidada - who also became actresses.
Rashida Jones has been in series “The Office”, “Parks and Recreation”, “Angie Tribeca”, among others.
Quincy Jones produced albums for Frank Sinatra as well as polishing michel jackson’s album, “Thriller”
It depends a lot more on whether you have modern stint work available, they have practically made open heart vein/artery transplants obsolete.
If anyone is fishing around for entertaining, inspiring though ‘light’ reading, I reccommend a book by Peggy Lipton’s ex husband aka Quincy Jones.
The Autobiography of Quincy Jones.
Quincy has had an amazing life and influenced so many top tier American musicians.
He played a hell of a devil in Tales from the Hood. Thug wannabes should watch it.
he did Purple Rain but I think he was the only black actor to miss being in Roots!
RIP, Linc. :)
“Cologuard is quite accurate in detecting if you have colon cancer but only about 42% accurate in detecting if you have polpys. Polyp removal is the key to colon cancer prevention so Cologuard could end up falling short in this area.”
https://www.franciscanhealth.org/community/blog/cologuard-vs-colonscopy-know-the-differences
“The majority of large precancerous polyps cannot be detected with Cologuard.”
“The best way to prevent colon cancer is by identifying and removing precancerous polyps that don’t turn into cancer later.”
“The cost of Cologuard is around $500....Diagnostic testing is subject to deductibles and coinsurance.”
“Screening colonoscopies are not subject to copays and deductibles and usually have no out of pocket costs for patients.”

81 is a decent run. Rest In Peace.
One white, one black, one blond.
