Wait a couple of years and you’ll find it on the shelf of your local dollar store like every other usless dodad and gadget out there. I have searched far and wide the antique kitchen utensil aisle. I’ve found some very useful items.

You can calibrate a home oven yourself in a few hours, bringing it closer to accurate. All it costs is time and a $5 oven thermometer.

Wow, thank you for sharing what look like pro class recipes for one of my favorite foods.
Theoria deserves some credit to - their link to a square plate led me to the round plates. So Theoria can enjoy some pizza too, as long as it is square or rectangular in the Sicilian style!
