Grown up “adults” throwing temper tantrums over kids’ toy playing cards... We’ve become a nation of babies.
For once I have to agree with a policy decision by Target. It’s not worth the risk of encountering Desperados in the parking lot.
Just last night, hubby and I had a conversation about the Pokemon card packs that he still has. Our daughter was being stubborn about doing her math homework, so he would give her a pack of Pokemon cards as a reward. He still has a bunch and said some guy at work offered him $1,400 for them. I told him to sell.
A man pulled a gun in a store. Maybe they should stop accepting cash, too?
Seriously people still buy Pokemon cards..dang I thought that fad ended a long time ago..well just saying Pikachu is still the best

Haha, a friend's mom found his old baseball cards in a shoebox in the attic. My friend's son (her grandson) was going away to college. For this occasion, she bought a desk set including a lamp and desk pad for the soon-to-be college student. She then covered the lamp shade and study pad in baseball cards with a nice coat of shellac.
My buddy's jaw dropped when he watched his son unwrap his present. Later, they went through a recent baseball card guide and counted up the damage. The cards were from 1968 to 1970 including two Tom Seaver rookies, a couple of Mickey Mantles, Ernie Banks, etc... All the HOFers from that period. He said the lamp alone cost him about $5000

Millennials: Seems to me a lot of that generation did in fact not become adults.
