According to a new study in Israel, an astonishingly low number — 0.06% — of people who have received the second round of the Pfizer COVID vaccine reported “sick”

Recent numbers in the United States showed the number of breakthrough cases(Covid infection after a second dose of vaccine), running about 0.01% based on 100M sample size.

If anything the Israeli breakthrough number looks high.

If you knew anything about the Israeli press, you would know that if there were a scintila of actual evidence that even a fraction of this were true, the Israeli papers and media would be talking of nothing else. And they have a lot to talk about. It would destroy the careers of numerous officials — the favored activity of the media there, as it is here, except that there it’s a blood sport enjoyed by all, at the expense of any available victim, with little or no sorrow about the political friendliness of the victim.
All of these stories about the entire population of Israel being lied to are complete nonsense.

I just wanted to disagree with you about the article being “antisemitic”. Just because someone criticizes Israel doesn’t make one “antisemitic”. That’s just silly.

Israel is another country. Are we not allowed to question a foreign country?

When Israel attacked the USS “Liberty”, was it “antisemitic” to question Israel’s actions? (I wasn’t born then, so I don’t know what the US reaction was)
