I have a friend in Vegas that has a rental in Pahrump. His tenants moved out end of March....and left the place trashed. Didn’t pay the last 2 months rent. He has spent over $7k putting the place back together. He’s done. It went on the market and sold. He’s just waiting for the sale to finish up now.
What the hell gives the government the right to command a ‘moratorium’ on evictions? Governments at all level have gone power crazy.
