Well... maybe. But there are several possibilities. My doctor told me the testing is, for the most part, bunk. He’s had the same patient tested multiple times in a row with successive plus and negative results. Another possibility is you can buy any type of documentation you want online. People who have planned to take a flight and are symptom free will find a way because you simply can’t change your plans capriciously. Imagine planning two weeks visiting your kids or going to a meeting critical to your job and finding you can’t because of a slight fever or a “positive” test that may mean absolutely nothing.
I have a friend who needs a huge chunk of cancer cut out. He is always sweating because he’s huge. They have repeatedly cancelled the surgery because he is always slightly feverish. His doctor can’t do a thing about it as the surgery center has their own policy and there’s no getting around it. He can’t wait much longer or it may be too late. He said, “Next time, I’ll wipe down with a cold towel just before going in.” Looking at the alternative, death, I don’t blame him.
This is a twofer for China. Reduce trade for India and Hong Kong to weaken their opponents.

The tests are whatever you want them to be depending on how many cycles are used to amplify the results. With enough cycles, everyone is “positive”. With a few cycles, no one is “positive”. Which cycle count is “correct”; no one really knows. The answer is not a binary yes/no.
Occam’s Razor: since they were all protected by Fauci masks, and test kits have been known to test positive for Coronavirus, all passengers were infected by the test kits
