Let me help you, Ted. You have a Soros stooge for a DA so you need to work around him.
Instruct the PD not to respond to police calls from Antifa and BLM participants. If they get hurt by somebody, tough. Complaints about PD policing needs to be handled the same way.
Rioting and arson need to be made a no-fun activity so deploy fire hoses around the usual hot spots. Cold water is a pretty effective deterrent to both.
