I’m surprised that I could get through that whole obituary, and this thread so far, without any mention of the interesting Jim Steinman radio twofer (sort of like “We Will Rock You” and “We Are the Champions”) of “ Love and Death and an American Guitar” and “Stark Raving Love,” which got a decent amount of AOR airplay back in the day. I have “Stark Raving Love” on my phone.
