Yeah, that is why I try to contain myself in these situations. The media does its best to portray whatever happened in a certain way -- truth be damned. Also, the jury sees things that the average t.v. viewer doesn't. The real problem here is the media. I don't know how anyone gets a fair trial in this country anymore with the way the media reports these things, supplying their own spin and judgement on it.
