Submissive gay men tend to be “catchers,” rather than “pitchers.” And it’s much easier to catch HIV as a catcher than pitcher. In fact, it is the easiest way there is to get HIV.
Hard drug use is rampant in the gay community as well. Needle sharing transmits HIV, too.
