Buddy’s pizza in Michigan. I can’t argue with that. Wife and I drove there, must of been 25 yr ago and so, because she grew up in Detroit and her family occasionally went there. It was excellent pizza.
Now Buddy’s has several franchises in the state and one opened in my city about a year ago. I haven’t been there yet, but intend to go soon.

Years ago, Giovanni’s Pizza, located at the south end of Prestonsburg, KY, was the best pizza I’d ever had, before or since. But I haven’t been back there since 1976. I doubt if it’s anywhere near what it used to be.
