Is the Pennsylvania GOP working on election reforms?

Then it will go to the U.S. Supreme Court. The legislature has the final say, not the State Supreme Court. If the state supreme court says the reforms are unconstitutional, the U.S. Supreme Court would take them up. They threw out cases, but they would have to take up a case if it is the state legislature. But I think they will have to wait for a Republican governor.

Yes, the legislature has the final say but that legislature did nothing when the PA Supreme Court made voting rule decisions regarding what the gov and SOS were doing before the election so I don’t see them overruling their Supreme Court. And, as far as the US Supreme Court, you have a lot more faith in them under Roberts than I do.

That is why I am saying the leaders need to be primaried. The US Supreme Court would have to take up a case if it was the state legislature vs the state Supreme Court.
