Re Trudeau’s statement that his “heart is in North Vancouver tonight” (i.e. with the victims) is political gibberish. Translated into “real politique”, he’s really saying “My heart is in Havana (like his father’s was), but my false political front “heart” is in No. Vancouver” for publicity.
He is too much of a leftist political chameleon to be trusted as a really caring human being.

I believe North Vancouver is a separate municipality, not a part of Vancouver. The entire Greater Vancouver area is one of the most ethnically mixed areas in Canada. If it was a dark-skinned perpetrator it could have been someone from any dozens of countries from the US, Caribbean, Central or South America, Africa, Europe, Middle East, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, or Southeast Asia.
