Yes, the video is a green screen look a like. C-SPAN has been had. Some simple idiot intern grabbed some video off the web.
This is an edited video to make it look like a bad green screen attempt. This is one of a thousand piece puzzle to make the right look like kooks and it appears to be working on some.
