Sorry, I’m a Gen Xer and most of my cohort, from what I’ve seen, are complete dumbfucks.

Those of us in the genX era are quite but ready. We are the Red Dawn generation, we were ready to fight the Russians by the time we were in grade school. We were the last generation to have guns in the gun racks of our trucks in the high school parking lot.
Beware our generation, we may have been forgotten but do not confuse that with not being prepared. And we know what freedom is, the way it is supposed to work, and were taught what the founders built for us.

She’s Chinese, we adopted her, she is more American than apple pie.

As a Gen Xer myself, it pains me to say that we became politically, culturally, and socially irrelevant without ever even having much of a chance to *be* relevant in the first place. The proverbial brass ring got passed high over our heads from the boomers, directly to the snowflakes.
At best, GenX has the numbers and resources to offer itself up as a small, brief sacrifice in the cultural battles, but at the moment, wokeness has become a behemoth, unstoppable, steroid-fuelled monster.
Well, I'm a X'er too, born 1966 but I also like to use "Generation Jones" which is a niche of late boomer and early X'ers. Yes, I know there are quite a number of my fellow Jonesers and X'ers who drank the Biden Kool-aid and became dumb clucks but most of my co-horts from school, my case, "Class of 1985" and thereabout are ready to start the Second American Revolution. B-) B-P Many younger ones I know feel the same way, then again, I live in Appalachia so naturally the woke culture would be the dead culture in no time at all.
I see our generation much in the same light as most of our parents generation in where they were part of the "Silent Generation" from 1925-45. My Dad was born in 1937, Mom in 1938. The Presidency skipped from the GI, WWII, Generation from 1901-24 to the Boomers 1946-64 when Poppa Bush lost to Bill Clinton and handed the torch over. The closest to the Presidency the Silent Generation got was Dick Cheney, born in 1941, and Joe Biden, born in 1942.
...Cough Cough..... That is until the last election, Joe Biden became the first of the Silent Generation to make it to the Presidency and most likely the last.
Where we go from here, who knows, the thing that worries me the most, I know my history but the question I have is, how much more time do we have left to write any?
I was born in a world where Ozzie and Harriet were still on TV, but not for long. TV was still over 50% black and white. I remember the first gaming systems like Fairchild Channel F8, Atari (1) 2600/VCS, INtellivision, Colecovision and so on, then the first computers like the TRS-80 series, the TRS-80 Color Computer, the TI-99/4A, Apple ][ series, Atari 400/800, Commodore VIC-20 andC-64 and so forth. I'm an 80's kid, still see myself as an overaged 80's teenager. B-) I bet the TV shows I watched growing up would not play too well today from Chico and the Man, All in the Family, The Jeffersons, Air-Wolf, and so on. "I miss the 1980's!" is my battlecry if I was a Superhero. B-)
(1)- One of my favorite games for the Atari VCS/2600 was "Adventure." Adventure s seen as containing the first "Easter Egg" where if you go into the Black Castle to get the dot, you can open up a room showing the programmer's name." Atari would not allow the programmers to take credit with their names so that's why he did it. He did a good job in programming the entire game in 4K of memory and the AI of the dragons was pretty good for it's time. The name of the programmer is Warren Robinett. I wonder if he could be a distant relation to Joe Biden whose middle name is Robinette. I know it is just a interesting side issue but when I found out Biden's middle name, that came to mind.
No matter what generation you are, we need to stand up for the Constitution, it will take all of us.

I’m Gen X. Parents were Boomers, grandparents were greatest generation. Reagan in HS, Clinton in college. Early 50’s.
I cannot stand the new world. There are many of us.
I will push back against Millenial BS.

I am 57.
My daughter is 19 ...my son is 25 and they do not reflect this world.
This world is delusional, it is from Satan, God has allowed this.
He has allowed it for his ends.
Trust God.
God Bless you.

So you're 57 or so, like me, you want to see less centralized government, seems we have a generation that does not even know what that means...Lord help us, they are that damn stupid.

As a jaded and cynical member of Generation X I had a good satirical laugh. Yeah right my generation that has been ignored will come to save the day. Not this one. I am going to sit on the porch enjoying books by dead white men and woman and watch the mayhem. These Baby Boomers will never relinquish power. Kamala Harris is on the tail end of the Baby Boomers. They will be replaced by Millenials. The only way this madness will end is when the revolutionaries eat enough of their own. When did Robespierre meet his end? When he threatened his so called compatriots.

Anyone remember the Simpsons episode when the Simpsons go to Hullabalooza and some proto-SJW yells at Homer because he is wearing Rastafarian clothing? She yells “hate crimes!” as as everyone calls him a Narc.
I don’t buy that Gen X is anti-woke. If anything, they were the first generation that insisted on this kind of stuff. Clinton overwhelmingly won them over and the normalization of homosexuality and drug use started with them. The 90s were a lot closer to now in terms of culture than the 80s. I think counterculture became the culture at that point, with a lot of the establishment in business and culture becoming liberals due to Clinton’s “third way”.
