I’ve lost a few batches over the years... one was a Milk Stout... One was a Raspberry Wheat..
The one that brought tears to my eyes years ago was a 52 gallon oak barrel of White Zin that got barrel contamination in the oak barrel. I distilled it down twice and removed the alcohol, but still made me sad.
