While I'm sure they'd be happy to take it, I haven't heard the cruise lines begging for aid. There was some talk last summer with President Trump, I'm sure aid came up, but if I recall the issue was the possibility of leasing ships if needed to accommodate covid patients.
The ports in Florida and the Florida Ports Council have been asking for aid, for both cruise and container operations, but they're US organizations, not foreign. And yes, some of that could be said to flow to cruise lines as one of the port problems is reduction in rents and fees. My guess, they've gotten some.
