Reminds me of when our ST. Louis Blues won the Stanley Cup 3 years ago. I don't normally follow hockey but followed them briefly and when they won it was sheer joy. And the parade that followed was jam packed full of fans in downtown St. Louis. The players got out and walked along the fans and let them actually briefly hold/touch the trophy and it was a true celebration.
sick.of.the.left destroying everything with their snide, sniveling comments, remarks, actions etc. They've sucked the joy out of America. bastards.
LOL !
People get trophies for bowling that mean as much to them as a super bowl trophy yet their trophies end up in landfills and nobody cries really. F the super bowl, F the NFL, F football in general. If I had that trophy the only value would be to sell it to some idiot who would pay lots of money so they could point at it in front of their friends and say how special they are. I would say F football fans but people can like what they like and I won’t judge.
This better not become a new thing to do; players better not start tossing the trophy around - nfl, nba, mlb, nhl, et al. Eventually , there will be a day when this will happen, the player will drop the trophy,or the tosser will toss the trophy badly, and it will crash to the floor, smash in a thousand pieces, or as someone here said, at the bottom of a river. If that happens, the players responsible better pay out of their millionaire wallets for a new one!!!!
Of course we know, that if a black athlete makes this mistake, and is forced to pay for a new one, black racist groups and their White / Jewish virtue signallers, will scream racism.
+1...LOL!
“The pit in the stomach”
One of my pet peeves: Millenials and younger saying, “I have a pit in my stomach” - it’s actually “a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach”. Unless, I guess, he swallowed a peach whole...
Here's some great history of the cup and some funny stories....

Gronk has done “shark week”

I can’t understand the agony people go through, or claim they do, when they see the video. For me, the win is the important thing, not the trophy. I can’t understand people exalting the trophy over the game win. The trophy would have been easy to retrieve.
No one cares what some ignorant, uneducated, and idiotic writer thinks about people who achieve.
I feel pity for those who are so uptight they have to criticize someone having some harmless fun, what a sad life they must lead.
Definitely a pearl clutching moment.
" But it didn't.
Oh and his Offensive Coordinator, Play Caller is Brian Leftwich a Black Guy
He threw it to Gronk. He knew he’d make the catch, just like in the game
“People get trophies for bowling...”
Heck...kids get trophies just for showing up to the game.
Yup. He even gave it a one-two-three pre-hoist, to be sure Gronk would get it it on three.
They were partying- good for them.
I’m sure Brady put in a lot of 7 day 14 hour work weeks for the past 8 months. He worked hard - he’s a grown man. he can go party on a boat if he wants.
Also - it was Brady throwing the trophy to Gronk. No way it goes overboard.
Like Artie Donovan used to say - football keeps coal miners off the streets.
