The defense attorney pounded the FBI for their policy of not recording their field interviews, thus losing corroboration of the self-incriminating statements the wife supposedly made according to the agents in their 302 report and testimony at trial.

If you used a Bank America credit card or check while on you patriotic visit, you might want to give your local branch manager a call and ask about why they violated your privacy and ask, should you decide to file a class action lawsuit, who in the Bank America organization should be named, if it is not the branch manager?
