I have a bet with a friend...within 18 months climate change will be declared a health emergency and our electricity and/or gasoline will be rationed. A mileage-tax counts as gasoline rationing and i win.

Then in 1988, too much sunlight was blamed for hitting the earth, causing Glo-Bull Warming, which could not radiate off into space due to CO2 Pollution!

In other words, global warming politics is ultimately dependent on the threshold of pain of legal majority citizen voters of a given state, voters in all states undoubtedly very tired of hearing about it anyway.
Regarding most of Biden’s unconstitutional (imo) EOs, probably most federal lawmakers need to lose their jobs under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for failing to impeach Biden for trying to run the country with EOs based on stolen state powers.

I would not take that bet, except that the time frame is a little flexible. It is intersting
that nothing in the Constitution abrogates the main contract or the Bill of Rights,
not a pandemic, not a national emergency, nada. The Federal and State governments have taken it
upon themselves to institute unConstitutional mandates and orders.
