Fascinating. But that study was about superconductivity at very high pressure. The Google Enhanced Coulomb Repulsion result was about generating heat and power in excess of currently known chemical processes, what I prefer to see as superchemical processes. It may or not be related to superconductivity but it is at far lower temperature and pressure.
The French approached it differently. Basically the make the same exact cookie cutter reactor each time. If you work at one French nuke reactor, you’ve worked at them all.
Poops, far higher temperatures and far lower pressures.
