For starters, we need to speak the language the left understands when they get aggressive.
Give back to them exactly what they dish out.
We need to be ready to take action that we may not like. While the left has no regard for life or property, we do and so far that has restrained us.
I don’t expect any of us patriots to go out wantonly rioting, burning, looting, and murdering, but when it happens by the left, we need to put a stop to it because those in control won’t.

I’m not sure, but that appears to be the legal line of command.

No. The Pentagon approved a request by the mayor to activate some units for the purpose of assisting LEO.

Possibly. The Washington D.C. National Guard is kind of an odd ball set up. Normally, a governor would call up the NG but as we know, D.C. only has a mayor.
As I said in other posts, the Mayor can only REQUEST.
