Nope. RFD stands for Rural Free Delivery. Until that, you would have to go into town to pick up your mail from General Delivery. Or pay a private carrier to bring it, I guess. But after RFD was passed, everyone became entitled to have they mail brung no matter HOW far out in the country they lived.

In regards to Cruz saying there should be 10 days to recert the votes. This reminded me of the 10 days of darkness Q drop and the insurrection act allowing military to recount. Now if this is true. I suspect after the 6th there would be a 10 day period for this to happen, depending on when they start it could end by Jan. 17. Now wouldn't that be something!

Agreed. Here in Houston we’ve suffered under rat mayors and councils for a very long time but it was balanced out by strong Republican county government. They flipped the county in 18 and put in a 29 year old Nicaraguan migrant, Sandinista undoubtedly, and now everything is going to hell. Got a S0R0S backed county attorney called Kim “Boss” Ogg who hasn’t met a criminal she hasn’t let out of jail and crime and murder are through the roof.

Look at the influenza numbers from the CDC for this flu season! These numbers are less than one-tenth a normal flu season and indicate to me that much of this activity is probably being mis-allocated to COVID. This info shows that only 320K cases have been identified since Sept 27 and this would normally be more like 10 million!
