You sound like Lt. Monahan or Dr. Astin.

Costco’s frozen lasagna is pretty good.

You about have to find them on special. There isn’t much in the package, even the large size. Still worth the convenience, though. My mother always said if you find a convenience product that you like, go for it. Rhodes frozen bread doughs also work for me.

If it was like my wife’s which is awesome but huge and I received one in March I’d still have left overs.

One year I made two lasagnas because my brother became a vegetarian.
The best one had a mix of ground beef and ground spicy Italian sausage.
The other one, which turned out OK, had sautéed mushrooms, zucchini, squash, and red peppers.

vegan, throws a wrench in the whole deal. I demand Italian sausage!
I am not vegan but lasagna made with morel mushrooms. mmmmmm

Compared to homemade lasagna, Stouffer’s is not that good. But compared to almost every other TV dinner, Stouffer’s lasagna is tres magnifique!

That was our Christmas dinner this year, & yes, it was pretty good.
