No, when they ‘name’ a storm it allows the sleazy insurance companies to apply a ‘blizzard deductible’ and pay out much less.

Pennsylvania has a history of big crashes during snowstorms. Haven’t driven these highways but I imagine they aren’t fun in the snow.

The fatality was one of five lives claimed during Winter Storm Gail, the first snowstorm of the season — which dumped more snow on New York City than all of last year combined. Damned global warming!!
