I ate rattlesnake at a roundup/fair when stationed in Oklahoma. Reminded me of stringy chicken in looks and flavor - nothing to write home about but not bad either.
Yeah, I’ve been watching those episodes. Seems like the same thing for every catch. Get the tail, get the tail. Now grab the head, watch it he almost got you. Wonder why they don’t use snake sticks.
My thoughts too as I'm laughing at their antics....
