The highest percentage of Biden votes from mail in ballots in any county was in Dekalb. Where, of the mail in ballots received, biden had 86.39% of the votes. It was the highest percent of mail in votes going to biden in any county in the state.

I wonder if this means some republicans are about to be implicated? There has to be a strategy to this.
