The top documents is from November 10th. The bottom one is from today, Nov. 21. That’s why the number in the bottom one is many thousands higher than the one from 11 days ago.
I haven’t read through all of the posts on this thread yet, but I hope that I am not the first (or only) person to point out that the two numbers are from two provably different dates.

Out of 1.8 million registered voters. That’s a pretty good turnout. Especially seeing as how one of the candidates didn’t even campaign.
How clever, comparing an 11/20/2020 document showing the votes counted as of that date, to the total votes counted as of 11/21, and suggesting that it is shocking that more votes have been counted in the last 11 days.
