Well, she actually got some folks to show up...
They send invites to the local Dem party boss and tell them to get people there. The people in the good seats at the Trump rallies, usually around 500 are typically party faithfuls, that's how they did one of the rallies in upstate NY 4 years ago.

86 means ‘sink it’ like a ship. 45 is Trump’s number in the Presidential line of succession. (Humorousness: Remember Maxine Water Waters’ interview on CNN “Peach fofi, peach fofi!”
