Yes. Around the middle of February it seemed like everyone I know was “coming down with something.” For me it was a weird headache lasting a day, congestion, tiredness and a slight cough - lasted 3 days.
People who went to the dr.’s tested negative for the flu - in February. We had no idea it was Wuhan.
Since then I’ve been exposed to it 3 times and did not get it. I’m immune!
My mother in law died from it. Yes, she was 89, and had other health issues. But she would have likely been with us a couple of more years, if not for Covid. None of her other health issues would have likely been terminal for a few years.
One friend aged 60, diabetic and overweight died.
Know 4 other people who had it.
Two were sick but not hospitalized.
Two had mild cases. All young. My husband and I were exposed and tested negative
I’m a fireman/paramedic in the Dallas/Ft Worth metromess.
Between 5-10% of our department has tested positive and symptomatic. One guy will probably end up having to retire or go into the office as a result of organ damage from it. He was not the picture of health going into it but this has changed plans.
Talking to DFW airport employees, the consensus is that the Wuhan was here prior to the official starting date by several months.
We had something go through the FD in late November and December that checks off all the boxes of being the Wuhan and those who went to the doctor didn’t pop positive for any known flu at the time. I’m almost certain I had it mid-November.
At one point in July and August each ambulance was transporting known positive patients to the hospital nearly every shift. It has slowed down to every few shifts.
I don’t know anyone who was healthy going in that has died but some fellow church members have had extended family who have had a tough road of it and should not have as they were young and didn’t have co-morbidities going in.
And I wear a mask only when forced.
I had to quarantine gor 2 weeks afterwards which I had to be retested. It was positive again. 3 days later I tested negative so I could get back to work.
His boss at work was sick with it and didn’t tell anybody.
We got something in feb. but I killed it with silver
No one. 9 people here. 3 adults 6 kids. We don’t wear masks. We shop, vacation, go to theme parks. Work full time. My other kids are medical or firefighters. No masks outside of work. 82 year old mother. Nothing.
No neighbors or friends or coworkers.

Tired all the time. No energy. When I finally find someone to replace me at my job, I don’t know what will happen. We will probably sell the house.
When I had my day of symptoms, I treated it the way I got rid of the worst flu i ever had in 2004. I dosed up with 900 units of D3 per pound of body weight. I don’t know if that did the trick because , again, only my wife actually got sick with it and I had been taking a maintenance dose of D3 since 2004 and have had no virus since then except for that little thing in March.
