Such an action, the researchers note, suggests that the Iron Age on the Iberian Peninsula was a violent period. They further suggest that the Iron Age in Europe might have been more brutal than researchers have thought.Where in the world do publications find people who think this way? And how do they keep their jobs? I'm long out of college but my impression is that the Peaceable Kingdom fantasists were in retreat in recent decades.

Maybe the attackers were homos, or just really hated their victims.

Add to the list John Lennon, not Iron Age but done in by a bullet. There will never be peace, were all a bunch of savages underneath.

It's funny how we always find ancient life was "more brutal than researchers (ideologues) thought."

Didn’t the Carthaginians take most of Iberia and then the Romans took it from them between 365 and 195 BC or around that time?
Violence associated with the Punic Wars?
