Looks more ‘put on’ or parody to me, and not a ‘just found out/initial reaction’ video.
What person of her apparent age records themselves while driving for no reason and just happens to be recording when they get shocking news?
Who in their right mind drives down the road while screaming and flopping their head around like a dying fish? At most, she was in an abandoned parking lot going 5 miles an hour.

It’d sure be fun if Trump gave them what they want and nominated Hillary. The confirmation hearings could be a firework show of epic proportions if the R’s slammed with scandal after scandal and watch her get shutdown again. Then put forth the real nominee.

There's a simple explanation: Ruth Ginsburg personifies legalization of abortion.
Abortion is very wrong so supporting or participating in it causes subconscious feelings of guilt.
Making abortion legal assuages the guilt by normalizing the wrongness away - at least on the surface. The massive guilt is still there; behind a crumbling dam of legality. The dam just lost another chunk, allowing guilt to pour through.
Unacknowledged guilt often expresses itself as maniacal rage.
All very simply and easily explained.
