I agree. Can we sue the Democrat party, its affiliated terrorist organizations, the universities that brainwash Americans into joining these criminal rackets, and those who provide substantial funding, aid, or comfort to any of the forgoing, including George Soros?

You and me both, TexasFreeper2009.

I had the great good fortune to live in Texas for a while and I absolutely loved the state. No friendlier people you will never find.

In these cases the plaintiffs would have to prove that the cities had some contract that legally bound them to respond and protect their properties and persons. That may be a challenge.

The citizen is in a prickly middle ground. The police are lounging like stoners two blocks away, but they will jump to arrest the citizen who acts in self defense.

I’d think insurance companies would be plaintiffs here; they price rates based on factors for which the government is responsible. For example, the proximity of a fire hydrant and the availability of a paid fire department vs. volunteer are variables that determine the price of property insurance. How do they pay out all of these claims on what should have been the safest areas? There is no way to insure property, or even life, in situations where law & order disappear.

This will have a huge impact o n the insurance industry, which will trickle down to everyone.

The courts and judges are corrupt.

Don't look to them to save us.

governments generally do not have a duty to act ... but in the case of Seattle and the anarchy zone, Seattle actively aided the criminals by setting up porta pottys, protective barriers, and other services ... that makes the city of seattle complicit in criminal behavior ...
