After that magnificent programmed drone display at the Korea Olympics, I'd say the probability is .99+ that those were lighted, programmed drones.

(Each drone is programmed to perform the role of a single pixel in a simple 4-D animated cartoon "movie"...)

Nice! I believe that drone-swarm-simulating the moves of schools of fish would also be informative -- especially if you simulate the pursuit or intrusion of predators.

Since my own mental processes are 4-D graphics-based, in the absence of video, I believe the time-exposure -- revealing individual drone movements -- was my favorite of the "drift" photos...

Just drones, what is surprising about this, they are using drones for light displays all over the place, probably someone testing out a display.

Not so. Bio-mimicing drones of the type that emulate amorphous bird swarms use social distancing. Their operation requires onboard sensing that programmed formation flight does not.

Formation drones of the type used in the geometric and structured Olympic displays -- and apparently used in this latest "UFO" display -- behave as pixels in a pre-programmed 4-D movie. Hence the regular vee and triangle, etc FORMATIONS seen in Colombia.
