Evergreens are dying and trees are having broken limbs...this Maple all of a sudden started losing bark and fungus would grow on it. Here's the latest.

I pulled the vine away from the tree once the fungus was gone and watered but its too far gone. The other maple had a broken limb and had to be cut down. Two Ash had the local disease. ALL Ash in our area in Indiana had to be cut and not to leave the county.
